Hot Trends for 2008
With a new year comes new fashion trends. All you have to do is pick up a magazine to see what will be hot in 2008. Elle magazine has listed the top 10 trends for Sping 2008:
1. Using light fabrics in designing clothes that appear lighter than air
2. Red will be a colour appearing on all the run ways.
3. Shades of grey
4. Off the shoulder numbers and single sleeved tops
5. Silk!
6. Over the top hats
7. Desert inspired looks
8. Blazers
9. Tribal prints
10. Clothing with a tropical twist
I have a HUGE problem with the tribal prints, I think we’ve been here a million times before and those prints are not flattering on many people. Looking at all the new runway shows I am hardly inspired, but it is still early in year and I still have hope!
